Studio Policies

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
All Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tuition is charged at a flat monthly rate, regardless of the number of weeks or classes in a given month.
Payments can be made in the online portal via debit or credit card, we DO NOT accept American Express(AMEX).
- A 2.89% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
- This fee does not apply to debit card or other payment types.
If tuition is more than two weeks overdue, the student may not be permitted to attend class until the balance is resolved.
In the event of continual missed payment/default, the card on file will be automatically charged to ensure continued enrollment and avoid disruptions.

We offer discounts for families with more than one student.
Please inquire at the front desk or email us for details on the current discount structure.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes regularly and arrive on time, dressed appropriately and ready to participate.
Students with frequent absences leading up to performances or recitals may be removed from routines at the instructor’s discretion to preserve the integrity of the group.

In the event of inclement weather (snow, ice, storms, etc.), Studio Orange will typically follow Knox County Schools' closure decisions.
- If Knox County Schools are closed due to weather, we will likely close as well.
- If conditions improve or worsen throughout the day, we may make independent decisions based on the specific safety concerns of our studio’s location and schedule.
If there is a change to the expected closure or if we choose to remain open despite Knox County’s closure, parents will be notified via email. Closures will also be posted on our social media platforms when possible.
